SCMS3X Standard Template

Overview

The SCMS3X template is a modular flash template completely driven by xml files. All settings, layout adjustments and content production can be done with the SCMS3 Flash CMS.

The template structure consists of four layers:

  • The background (template.swf)
  • The content areas
  • The menu areas
  • The gallery layer

    • All content is displayed in one of this layers. You can create and adjust as many content areas and menu areas as you like and need. You can place different content and menu areas wherever you want and you can set their sizes as you like. Every content area got a name and is accessible in this way via the url

    Content of menu areas is assigned in the template editor (See Template Editor)

    SCMS3X templates has the ability to display one page layouts or structured layouts. In case of one page layouts you can choose between fixed and moving backgrounds. The creativeX standard template, which is delivered with SMCS3X Flash CMS is a one page layout with a fixed background.
